[Resolved] Renault — Renault duster- fire accident

Hello, Renault Duster (AP09CQ3369)has meet with a fire accident on 27th January, 2021 in Hyderabad near to Gandhi Hospital. The incident has been reported to the fire station, PPS Renault Service Center- Amberpet and National Insurance Company on the same date and submitted the vehicle to the services center on the same day. We have submitted all the required documents to the insurer, we have not yet received technical reason for the vehicle burnt. The insurer is insisting to submit the technical report from Renault. We have been following the issue from last week and it's been more than 15days for the indicident. We kindly request you to do the need full and resolve the issue with PPS Renault service center, Amberpet, Hyderabad. Thank you C.
