Renault — Renault Duster - Juddering in AMT

My duster 110ps amt travelled only 28K kms bought in jan 2017. Now suddenly noise coming when auto gear shift happens.
Now service centre person says needs to replace flywheel, clutch and all!!! Why is this happened?
During COVID times also we couldn't take out vehicle.
Now they say the extended warranty is also expired, it was there till Jan 2021 . What to do.?
