The worst in customer service... I had booked Renault Kwid RXT (O) which is the top model with air bag on the 27th of Sep, 2015. at Anna Nagar, Chennai showroom. And i have still not got my vehicle delivered... I initially booked for Silver which by the sales executive was confirmed that the delivery of the same will be given to me during the festive season as the launch date is not yet confirmed. November 2015. After all my follow ups to get my car delivered for Diwali. I receive a call on the 13th of November to process the payment as the car has been allotted for me. I pay the balance amount and took a loan from Mahindra finance. however after all these process i again receive a call stating silver is not available and if i want red kwid i will get my car immideatly and so i accepted the same. and email the same to the sales person. again i waited for arround a week and no response i kept following up on the same and i receive a response everyday that sorry we were not able to register your car today as the RTO was able to register only 14 cars today and so 100% tomorrow we will register your car. This was the same response for a week in the month of december. I complained to the manager in Anna Nagar show room but the complaint was not heard as the sales person was transfered to Mount road showroom and so if i had to complaint i will have to travel an other 12km to the other branch. I called and complained and they again told me the same thing. I then received a call from a customer relations person when i decided not to leave the showroom (Anna Nagar) unless i receive a proper response as my friends who i recommended to by kwid had booked in november and got delivered in dec. not even a month sounded funny for the whole world but frustating to me. I have been paying a monthly EMI for a car which i have not even seen. The customer relations department noted my complaint and i informed them clearly stating i had booked for silver and i changed the color to red just because i was informed i will receive the car soon inspite of me waiting for such a long time and changing color you guys delay in giving the car where people booked after me get their car deliverd. I said give me the same color which i had asked for and i will wait only till 4th or the 5th of jan 2016. I specifically asked the customer relations person Ms. Poornima and the manager in anna nagar brance if you require a mail from me for the color change the told me know and i will receive my car delivery on the 4th or 5th of Jan 2016. after 8 days i receive a call on the 31st dec to draft an email as to change the color. i did the same after all frustration. now i had not received my car till the 6th Jan 2016. i call renault directly and lodge a complaint about the same. I get an assurance that the vehicle will be delivered tomorrow for sure 100% again 7th jan is over and im still waiting for tomorrow as to 8th jan for my vehicle to be delivered in 100%. Lets see by gods grace do i get a car atleast this year festive season. The complaints department in renault says that they will take necessary action on the dealer what is the point of you taking an action on the dealer. Its me who is suffering and i need a solution and not an action on the dealer. she repeats the same and also says that she can't solve this issue as i and renault will have to depend on the dealer and hope for the best and there is nothing can be done other than to wait. Thank you soo much Khivaraj motors and renault india for the worst customer experience which i have got. I must be the only person who is paying an EMI for a car which i have no clue on when will it be delivered. thank god i had not asked for any accessories for the car as he said it will take extra time as the accessories will be fixed in the factory.. if i had asked for the same i should have only had to forget my car and just pay the EMI.. You know what is the funniest part i receive a letter from mahindra finance to submit my RC book xerox and Engine and chasis number to the branch ASAPin dec now where should i go for that where as the renault (car manufacturer) or the showroom (Dealer) don't have an Idea on when can my car be delivered to me. The delivery is taking so long and i don't know whats going to happen after sales as i cannot go for anyother service center as renault has only one service center in chennai which is with the same dealer. Last when i spoke to renault and khivaraj motors i had got an assurance from them that my car will be delivered on the 8th of jan 2016 and this wil final and there will be no more delays. Again i have not yet signed the any thing for the registration still and how do you guys assure and want me to belive that i will get my car delivered today????
