I left my Reynault duster for service. The vehicle did not any other complaint other than a dead battery. So I thought I f changing battery as well as servicing my car. I left the car at mount road service, Chennai. After half an hour I get a call from so called service advisor and he gives me a bill of whopping 58k. I asked him why. He is not able to clearly give explanation. Provided he also tells me if I don’t change whatever the parts he tells me to change my car has to “thrown away”!!!…. Really!!!???? .
He just says it is a protocol. Why do I have to spend money for a problem less vehicle for a bloody protocol. I am not comfortable with the explanation from them. I wanted to talk to some manager or supervisor. But each time the receptionist connects me to same “advisor”.
Reynault is a brand. I trust in the brand . These people are extorting money. I need an authorised person from Reynault to call me and give an explanation . I would appreciate if I get a call as early as possible since I want to save my car …. Literally save from money extortionists Was this information helpful? |
