[Resolved]  Renault — Sudden increase in amount

I had booked Renault kwid in 4 Oct 2015, for RXT (o) module in Bangalore, still I have not received the car, where in I have been told that I amount remains the same only if govt tax changes the prices will apply to me. Today I get an sms stating the amount is revised & there will be more charge. Want to know why this sudden charge, it should be applied for new bookings. Wh y it is applied to me? Also there is no safety they are following for that price amount & no accessories too.
