[Resolved] Renault — Very bad emergency roadside assistance

Very bad experience with Renault emergency road side assistance. My car light system started acting wierd and after a few moments it stopped and couldn't start the car again, I called on the helpline number multiple time and after wasting so much time I managed to log a ticket to customer care, they gave me 20 minutes waiting time but after waiting for two hours no one came to fix the issue. Called the person again and again but he was not in mood of coming. Didn't expected this from Renault. I somehow towed my car to my home, but please send some one to fix this as my car is still in warranty.
