Renault — Wheel balancing problem in my duster car

This is in reference to my complaint dated
21st feb 2016 regarding my Renault vehicle, model Duster RXL 85 PS bearing
VIN 6090504 & Registration no. Hr 06AH 6193
I hereby Certify that Renault hasnot given me any resolution on my vehicle .
My car has an issue of pulling towards left whereas the company has checked in panipat renault where as the work done was :
1 ) allignment km run 1100
2 ) wheel balancing
Then i took this car to NCR MOTORS GURGAON wheras NCR MOTORS team's
Work done on same issue is as follows :-
1 ) 4 times allignment
2 ) 3 times balancing
3 ) left side arm
4 ) sub frame
5 ) steering assembly
My car was in RENAULT NCR MOTORS GURGAON for around 18 days wheras they have called me many times but the issue is still same and unresolved till date . My car has a pulling towards left !
Post all this I had a word with the area manager Mr. Rinkoo however he hasnot supported much !! I had test drive with diffrent service representative of renault duster where everybody can feel it has an issue upto Mr Ayam Ibotomcha the service manager also can feel it still has a pulling towards left whereas Mr. Rinkoo has been trying to convince me that this kind of pulling is normal as per renault parameters .
Post all this me and the service manager of the Renault NCR motors gurgaon ...
First we drove another new renault duster 85ps and that on same road we drove both cars my car is dangerously going towards left what if some mishap happens will company be liable for all that
And the same experiance was felt by service manager also .
When i decided to buy a premium car like Duster by a world renowned brand Renault Though its my 1st car & I was not expecting such a bad treatment which can be physically and mentally exhausting. I am tired of the harrasment that I, ve been put through by Renault Team !
The car was deleivered in december & has
Showcased same Issue from the date i bought this vehicle . Also the car has been at the gurgaon service center since 21st feb 2016 . It has been near about a month & I have not been provided any satisfactory resolution as mentioned above .
I was promised that car would function properly after all the numerous repairs they have done on car . I am extremly dissapointed and dishartened by the non-satisfactory client service by a brand that claims tag line of " Passion for life "
Kindly get the issue resolved ASAP before it turns to be fatal for me or other people driving on the road or else i would have to take legal proceeding .
