I ordered a bed from rentickle and had most harrowing experience after that . The delivery person wont pick up the call.
The customer service would say the same sentence every single day "we have taken the complaint and we are working on it ". No one works on the complaint.i have called straight 10 days and still not received delivery date nor a escalation number . The delivery guy wont respond and customer service wont help . They will take ur money and wont respond or action no matter how urgent the situation is. There is no update, no one calls back, customer service doesnt do anything .
