I had ordered furniture from rentmojo on 30th july, 2017.
On site they advertise that they will deliver furniture within 72 hours.
Its been 13 days, yet no communication, no mail, no message about delivery of items has been done.
Whenever i tried to communicate using chat or mail, their response was rude or unsatisfactory.
I even sent mail asking to cancel my order and refund the amount, still no response.
Extremely inconvinienced and disappointed in service. Was this information helpful? |
