We rented an AC from them and they gave a defective remote control. We told them to bring a new remote control. Next day they sent a person with the remote to my home when i wasn't home. My mom was alone at home and he gave the remote to her. She was checking the AC when he walked inside without permission. She asked him to leave but he started roaming around the house. After multiple warnings he left. Since then Rentomojo customer service have been harassing me with calls when i complained. I think they want to hush up the issue.
