Hello sir/madam,
I have booked a 2 tickets from Dindigul to vellore for 14/09/2015 through Paytm(paytm ticket id"ODOXH0"). But the bus never arrived at the specified time and no responsible intimation about the cancellation of bus was given, which made us wait for 3 hrs at the specifies place. Later when i continuously tried contacting the bus agency(Renugambal Travels) finally i came to know that the bus didnt arrive at that time and the refund can be given as cash in the office of the agency.But we didnt get any information voluntarily from the agency about the bus.When we contacted the number given in the ticket got online, they said they are not responsible.Then i collected the phone numbers of the agency online and tried calling them, none of them attended the call, even when they attend, they didnt give any responsible answer. When i went to the agency office after some days, they refused to give me the refund and asked to give a mail to redbus so that i can get my refund online.Still am struggling to get a refund.
