Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Cash credits in wrong account by mistake | |||
Myself Prarthna Upadhyay, account bearing no. [protected] of Yes bank had asked one of mine friend to deposit 49000 on my behalf but by mistakes he deposites the amount in wrong account no. [protected] on 13th October at16:02 from ATM ID JHACB002. My complain no. is CS[protected] which is not solved yet. I've 5 month daughter. So. its not easy to visit the Yes bank daily. I stay connected to them through phone calls. They told me that they’re calling to account holder but no one is picking call from that side and account is on hold (freeze). They was saying that they’ll visit to their address soon. It has been more than 5 months now. Today, I visit to bank (azad nagar Branch not on same branch)and I get to know that account was never on hold (freeze). Account holder [protected] is using my money. My complain no. CS[protected] not closed yet.I asked them to freeze that account. They said no and told me to forget the money. I am really fed up of this situation. How can i forget 49000 rupees? I am from middle class family that is huge amount for me. I lost trust on bank. Please help me. It's more than 5 months now. Was this information helpful? | |||
