One person Kistofer Muwa have sent a parcel containing Jewellery and gbp from uk London and that comes to India on 2/7/2016. After that in the name of different charges RBI foreign remittance dept asked to deposit money in several times. Accordingly the whole payment have made but nothing they sent. I have complained at customer care.in and two persons Mr Happy & Mr Sharma ask to deposit money to clear the gbp and parcel. They also not sent anything. Now one lady Mrs Prasad also called me to provide compensation from RBI and for that she also need money.The whole thing is making me cheating in the name of RBI and also the customer care from RBI site. Please give me justice and if possible return my deposited amount.

I tried to pay my electricity bill ca no.[protected]. Suddenly my account *********790 debited with Rs.12570. And my electricity bill is still unpaid. Please take some favourable action and please make my balance credit in my account
