Respected sir/mam, in the time of corona crisis last year an annual fee of rs. 5000 was charged on my Sbi card ending 3193 in April which i was unable to pay till July and then i requested them to close my card but they refused and continuously kept charging late fee and gst on that outstanding amount which has become now rs. 21000 . Also the decreased my credit score to a level that no bank is giving me any advance in today's date.
i want help in this case as i think it is not my fault because i haven't used the card from past 1.5 year or more still they didnt agreed . please look forward and settle this query as i want my credit score back.
