Dear sir/madam

I am allan jacob m, the hdfc private bank imposing charges for my unused credit card i am ready to surrender the credit card, because i dint need they are charging insurance and other charges on, so i am filing a complaint against hdfc (Thiruvanmiyur branch), so kindly do the needful thing, i haven't used my credit card anywhere for any transactions, simply they are sending messages to pay the money where they add on every month, so i am ready to submit the credit card, so please inform the respective bank and do the needful.
