Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Excess percentage cutting of loan amount from salary account

I am a assistant teacher . My gross salary is 28000. I have a house building loan amount 9 lakh and a personal loan amount 2 lakh. 11000 for house building loan and 3800 for personal loan Emi. I am not a loan defaulter. But this month my bank ( uttarbanga kshetriya gramin bank ) cut rupees 26000 from my salary account. Excess balance in my account is 2000. I have a family with wife, old father and mother. My question is that how could I manage a family in 2000 rupees for whole month. Please take a proper step as soon as possible ...
