Sir, it is requested that husband of the complainant borrowed the loan from the branch of DCB bank at Muzaffar Nagar, U.P. for commercial vehicle and the same was secured by the bank through HDFC life Insurance company. After death of the borrower/ husband of the complainant, Late puneet goel on 29.04.2021, the bank is not submitting the claim to the said insurance company saying that complainant's father -in- law is nominee and claim can be forwarded to the insurance company only on the behest of nominee. The complainant repeatedly requests to the bank but it is not bent upon to forward the claim to the said insurance company even after submitting the requisite documents by the complainant to the bank and as such she suffering loss of income @ 1 lac rupees per month at least. However, the complainant offered to repay total remaining amount of loan whatsoever is there so that she may obtain no dues certificate from the bank and get transfer of ownership of the motor/ bus but bank is not intended to do so and as such the complainant is being harassed. The complainant is unable to run the bus without transfer of ownership and that is possible only after seeking no dues certificate from the bank.kinddly take necessary action. Complainant Smt.
