I am a senior citizen docor and a account holder of idbi nana chowk branch mumbai
I was to get my travel reimbursement for attending a international conference as a papar presentation and bursary.
I visited regularly to know but branch official made me wait for hours with out rendering any help and not allowing to talk to manger
Idbi bank received my remittance but was not informed me for 6 days
On writing email to customer care the idbi official start harrasing and asking for different documents at different days and made to wait and to visit branch
Even now also tay they want documents, the reason for they official are not answering
Since i am concern about my money
I am worried and feel depression

The limit of my card is 54000 but I have not been able to pay for some time because I am not in a position to pay now and your bank's recovery agents harass me and my family every day. I have become so upset that I die It has been a situation that I request you to give me some time and I will pay myself in advance when I have the money.
