Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — indusind bank is not giving moratorium for credit card loan and dues payments

I have indusind credit card and loan on the the credit card, but they are not giving moratoriums for the payments of emi or dues.
Need clarification on the same. The customer care executive of bank was quoting cnbc news and abp, but cnbc article said that credit cards are under moratorium but indusind is not accepting. I have also send the snapshot as suggested to the email premium. [protected]@indusindbank.com
