I am an NRI .i deposited Specified Bank Notes amounting to Rs 12000/ on 24/03/2017 with RBI Delhi.vide Acknowledgement No 12136. The amount was to credited with my SB NRI account with Bank of India Maya Puri industrial Area Branch. Kuch dukandar 1Rs. Ka coin lene se mana kar rahe hain... kya R.B.I. ne aisa kuch aadesh diye hain jisse bazar mein 1Rs. ka Coin nahi liya jayega... agar aisa nahi hain to kripya bazar me sakht nirdesh dene ki kripaya kare...

Submitted old specified notes worth Rs.17000/- with RBI Mumbai vide Application No, E62 on 14.02.2017. Case rejected saying I did not submit Custom Declaration Form mandatory for NRI. I told them I am not NRI. Submitted copy of Passport and Tourist Visa and the period I was abroad. But the Appeal was also rejected citing same reason that I didn't submit CDF mandatory for NRI. How more proof should I give that I am not NRI.
