Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Regarding verification of a person

Dear sir, recently I received one message from complaint board.in website in that message complaint board.in ask me to contact Mrs. [protected]@gmail.com regarding prize winner. As per complaint board.in request I contact her through her the above mail I'd and as well as I sent clarification mail to reserve bank of India.
But there is no proper response from reserve bank of India.
Note= as per [protected]@gmail.com mail i contact madam hema balasubramanium. But one of world bank officer madam geethanjali malhotra inform me madam hema balasubramanium already retired from her service.
I enclosed herewith all the documents for your reference.
Please verify whether it is genuine one or bogus.
