Hi,

I am writing this complaint about a dog owner living in Tilak Nagar, Delhi. They have a pet since 8 years (Female labra) and they have tied her outside of their house. Now a days we all can see the rise in temperature and it is not good for dogs specially for a homely pet who used to live in a home from past 8 years. They have tied her with such a tiny rope that she can’t even roam around and asking for help. We could see in her eyes she was literally crying as she cant bear the heat in this hot weather. Please take immediate action please. This us really urgent.
