Resident — stray dogs nuisance

Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that there are about 5-6 stray dogs in our streets creating nuisance to the residents here. They keep barking at people passing by and chase them as well, sometimes they get bitten too.With such dogs around parents are scared to send their kids out to play.
