I have cleared housing loan of my son who is residing in Sydney on the basis of General power of Attorney, one doc was missing & matter was taken up at all levels including Head customer services but no response till today . Doc were collected from Mr saurabh of Janak puri/NDelhi Branch, though he is co coordinating but not got any response from his colleagues.
