Return Of Product — return regarding moto mobile charger

Dear sir,

I have purchase moto mobile charger g5 from shop clue as per order id[protected]. But this charger is not compatible with my mobile and it is also duplicate charger. I have made return request on[protected]. As per ticket no support [#7895169].
Shop clue rejected my this request and asking me to replace this charger. I don't want to replace it due to issuing duplicate. I am continued requesting for this request but no response made by shop clue

Kindly solve my problem
