Submitted faulty charger to Revolt Pune service center. They said they will not give replacement, they will send it to their repair center and after repair I will get the charger. But this process will take time. After lots of follow-up I got the address of shifted service center.
I urge people of India don't buy this bike as Revolt don't provide service to the customer. There main problem is charger and their dealer don't have a stock of charger. They send collected charger to their repair center and it will take 2/4 weeks.
No one is taking responsibility of your complaint. one more think I want to share with you, we did not buy accessories but they charge us and for refund last two months we have not received refund.
I tag Mr. Rahul Sharma on tweeter the owner of Revolt but still the issue is not resolved.
