Revolt Motors — Urgent Complaint - Revolt Electric Bike Battery Issue

I purchased my Revolt electric bike RV400 on 5/3/2022, and I have been facing severe issues with the battery system. The problems are as follows:

1.Sparking and Burning Smell: When attempting to start the bike, I have noticed sparking from the battery area, accompanied by a strong burning smell. This is a clear sign of an electrical malfunction that poses a significant safety risk.

2. Bike Won't Start: Due to the aforementioned issue, the bike has become inoperable. I am unable to use it for my daily commute or any other purpose, causing severe inconvenience.

3. Unavailability of Spare Parts: I have contacted the authorized service center for assistance, but they have conveyed that they lack the necessary spare parts to repair the bike. Moreover, I have been informed that it may take an additional 2-3 months to obtain the required components. This is completely unacceptable, as I experienced a similar situation in the past, with my bike spending 3-4 months in the service center without a resolution.

4. No Assistance from Revolt Customer Care: To exacerbate the situation, Revolt's customer care has refused to provide any meaningful assistance, leaving me in a frustrating and unsupported position.

I believe that the issues I am facing with my Revolt electric bike are not only detrimental to my safety but also a breach of the quality and reliability I expected from a reputed company like Revolt.

I kindly request your urgent intervention to address and resolve this issue. My expectations for a prompt resolution include:

1. Immediate Inspection: Arrange for an immediate inspection of my bike to identify the root cause of the issue and ensure it is rectified as soon as possible.
