Me ap logo ko tv install hone se ab tak complaint kar raha hoon.. mere tv ka android work nahi kar raha tab complaint ki. Tv install hua tab bhi complaint ki.. tv me display le serial number likha hua hai. Jo ki remove nahi hota..
Display quality de le kar sound quality tak ki complaint hai.. infact.. jo amount mene pay kiya hai usse kam ka invoice hai... 100+ mail pe complain hai jiska ans kabhi nahi mila..

Ab kya bolu.. and apko bhi sb pata hai ki consumer court me complain hai but ap log waha bhi koi reply nahi de rahe.. mene just buy is liye kiya bcoz indian startup hai so saman achha hoga but tv me na toh clearity hai aur na tv kahi se 4k hai.. 1080p max video chalti hai but last 1yr se band hi hai but ap log bs... Koi help nahi itni complaint ki baad bhi.. and ap log ye bolte ho ki ticket nahi bni complaint ki.. sir isme meri kya galti hai.. customer 100+ mail plus whatsapp. Plus call. Written complaint by post, sb kar chuka hai tab bhi ap log bolte ho ki koi complaint nahi hai so ye toh cheat karna hua naa..

Bhot sare screenshot hain aur bhot kuch and ye sb mene apko hi send kiya hai but tab bhi koi help nahi mili na mere complain ko sunna. Na resolve kiya.. bill amount bhi mere pay kare gaye amount se kam hai... Sir meri ab bhi bs yehi request hai ap chaho toh change kar do tv please

Thanks for your update here, But unfortunately this consumer forum case is not yours. There is a different purchase and person's name this complaint is addressed for. We advise you, not to put any of your comments in this case. Because this can create a lot of confusion in the case.
Minor Resolution: The marking which is done on the screen needs to be removed by peeling off the protective layer above the screen.
I hope, we have given a clear notification of the same. Advised not to comment her on a different case.

Now let's answer your queries here,
1. Delay In Delivery:
We understand and apologize for the delay in delivery. Your time means a lot to but. There are certain things you need to understand as a customer. Your product was dispatched on 17th Oct 2020 3 Days from the date of order. During the same time, Heavy monsoons were reported in the North Karnataka region where transport and logistics were halted by Karnataka Govt itself due to flood situations. 2. Product Delivered Was Defective & Not Meeting Technical Specifications.
Every product at Ridaex, Will undergo 3 stage quality checks. We have attached the internal document of quality check done by our team prior to dispatch and every parameter meets its highest quality prior to dispatch. As you accept there is no physical damage to the product according to your communication and emails received and also data updated for the technician. Now it is clear that the problem reported by you is not a physical issue but instead it a software-based issue.
Now since the issue is confirmed as software-based, Our software part is clearly tested prior to dispatch, and there 100% clearances from final dispatch as well. One curious thing to note here, Ridaex servers have received pings of your device going online and working perfectly, and all details are logged in Activity Logs of our server. This proves that the system is working well even after the installation was complete, But your full demo was not complete and the Hyperlocal technician has left the location.
Post that you have updated us the TV is not function and you have had calls with our team members even at late at night. You have also shared with us a video of TV in HDMI 1 connection which is showing us that the Android Hardware is starting and shutting down immediately. According to the Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) of Ridaex Arya 1 series, this kind of issue will arise in one and only condition. If the master settings and upscaling are changed for the Droid Setting this issue arises.
So, It's very clear that. The setting has been changed and we also have recorded the same in the Device Activity Log and we have the proof of change done. The device never went live again online once the changes are made.
3. No Communications From The Brand
You are blaming us for the communication, Every communication of yours in Whatsapp, Email, Tickets, and Phone conversations are been recorded since the first time you have ever called Ridaex and we can show the proof of clear communications here in case if it required. In fact, in no time we are also responding to your consumer form complaint.
4. Solution By Ridaex
No Refund Provided, No Replacement provided, Warranty Will Remain Untampered, Bricked Hardware Will Be Replaced according to SOP.
