Ride My Destination Tours — Payment/refund not received

We have initially booked our package with full moon holidays for kashmir for 5n 6d & 4n 5 days -2 packages -4 adults 24/9/15 & 29/9/15 by paying 10k, 10k twice for 2 packages transaction details were their for all transactions. Name of the executive is deepthi from full moon holidays ; later wen we asked for air tickets & hotel bookings after transaction they delayed for week saying today, tomorrow then i got a cal from deepthi saying tat due to some problem our company splitted into two so we are now into ride my destination since you already booked package with us we are getting amount transferred to this account so kindly make another 20k payment so that we can send the flight tickets & hotel vochures they said. After i told her to communicate the same through mail saying she has transferred 20k from full moon holidays so she sent the same. After tat we payed again 20k to ride my destinations 19/11/15. Then again same story continued they were not responding for our calls they also stopped calling... After so many calls every time someone picks the calls with different names like sneha, jiya etc... & they say will send it by day or two some network issues couldn't send. Again after ten days deepthi called me back & apologize for delaying but the proper reason was we need to pay full amount to flight & 50 % to hotel bookings to get tickets & vochures so we couldn't share the details so far so she requested to pay another 25 % i. E 20k so totally 60 k till now we don't have any other option so we paid 20k on 01/12/16 as it was very near to our booking date i. E 25/12/16 we supposed to start the kashmir trip.
After paying 60k out of total package amount 78k we didn't get single confirmation on neither hotels or flights... We kept on calling every half an hour but no one responded to any of their no's nor for any mails too. After ten days someone picked by name jiya & told to cancel the package on 15.12.16 because their vendor didn't do any of the bookings for the specified date. As it is very near to 25/12/16 she said we couldn't do any alternative arrangements so cancel the package will refund the total amount 60k in 3 days she said. Same i communicate through mail with lot z of disappointment because only 10 days left for the 25th dec 2015 so we also couldn't book any other packages. But till now we didn't received single penny from them neither their numbers were working even i heard no office as such in the mentioned place. Kindly help us in getting the refund for the amount 60k from ride my destination. Kindly let us know if any procedures to be followed to get the refund from them if anyone knows.
