Right Choice Magazine — not receiving monthly magazine and support is not good

Hello,
Am not receiving the monthly magazine of RightChoice.
I paid the money on Mar-18-2014 and am waiting for the magazine from April.
But still I didn’t get that. Every 4 days am keep on calling their customer care support and hearing the golden words “we are sorry for the inconvenience. We raised high priority ticket for this.you will get in 4 days.”
Like after every 4 days it is happening from Apri 1st to April 24th i.e till date.
Now also I heard those words.
And they told that it is non refundable. What action can i/we take on them.please suggest.
