Hi i have ordered this product on 09/2/2016 and paid 2969.01 INR but money got deducted from account and i did not get any order confirmation. I Puchased Smart 101 Mobile From Ringingbells company PVT LTd. I have payment confirmation on mobile as Your Payment ID 92312054 oF Rs 2999.0 For www.ringingbells.co.in is successful and covered under Buyer Protection . and purchase worth Rs. 2969.01 on POS UBIACQ00 at PayU Recharge Gurgaon DLIN txn #[protected]. I tried company via email, Twitter and facebook but they are avoiding me along with other customers whose money got deducted as well. On twitter they are replying to other visitors but to who actually paid. I have supplied them payment details as well and left numerous tweets and messages and getting no where.Please contact this company and ask them to either confirm the order or provide me refund as it is causing me stress...
