[Resolved]  Ringing Bells — Did not get ringing bell mart 101 nor the amount refunded

Hi,

I had ordered 4 Smart 101 Handset from Ringing Bell, Noida based company. Total cost for four handset was 12000 approximately. After ordering I gpt confirmation message and mail both mentioning that phone will be delivered by 25th February. After this I got another message and mail that Phone will be delivered by 26th February. After this I got another message and mail that the Amount will be refunded on Monday i.e. 29th February. But till today neither I got the phone nor any Mail and nor any Money refund. Below id the order number - RB[protected].
Please help in this case.

Thank you Ringing Bells for refunding amount back to me. Hi All, Yes I have received back my amount. Ringing bells had refunded the amount on mentioned date i.e. 26th February, it was my mistake as I didn't check credit card statement. I thought amount will be reverted in my account, but I had made payment using credit card so they refunded in credit card. Thankyou so much.
Ringing Bells customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Team havent recived the mail yet for the confirmation of COD order kindly do the neatfull by sending it to my mail id My order id is FDM[protected] Please look into the matter and kindly send the link of payment at the earliest for COD confirmation
