Ringing Bells — Faulty device delivered (master phone)

As per my booking and order the mobile phone (Master) was delivered on 27/02/2016. The mobile phone is not working and faulty.

1. Sim-1 slot is not working
2. Sim-2 slot can recognize the sim, but the other caller can not hear
Kindly take necessary action to replace the mobile.

After february, 2016, i sent almost 10 reminders but no response
