On September 03, 2016 I have ordered "RB Loyalty Program Membership" from http://www.ringingbells.co.in/ website. Ringing bells private limited is supposed to deliver loyalty card and one "freedom 251" mobile phone before 31st December 2016. Only loyalty card is delivered and freedom 251 mobile not yet delivered.
