Sir,

I joined the ringing bells silver loyalty membership program, 6 months back through their website.
I was promised to deliver with a silver membership cad and a freedom 251 mobile phone.

I got the card within a month and the company collected the, money of rs 500 form me.

I got a letter attached with the membership card stating the phone will be delivered soon.

I tried reaching their customer care no several times no response, i was being cheated. Still no response on my money and phone.

Please can you help me to get back my money at least!!

Any response from Ringing Bells?
the due date given by Ringing Bells is 31st Dec 2016 till no response on Phone and the money paid.
Please help me to get the refund of the amount atlaest.
