I have place order for Mobile Smart C101 on 08.02.16 and the payment of Rs. 2999/- for the same paid through SBI ATM/Debit Card and confirmation of the same was received by email vide Order NO. RB[protected] and through message vide order No.[protected]_56b827d43305c On 24.02.2016 I have received your message on my mobile Phone No. [protected] that your phone will be shipped by 26.02.2016. On 26.02. 2016 I have again received your message which is as under: "Many thanks for your continued support. We have instructed Pay U money to refund all the money received from the customers of Smart 101. For future transactions we have announced cash on Delivery. The phones will now be delivered through COD". But after 26.02.2016 I have not received any message or email from your end reg. refund of the same. Please refund of the same may be sent at the earliest or send my Smart C 101 Mobile as promised by you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
