Ritual Holidays — after making advance payment they changed the hotel and now not refunding money back

I had booked a package for mount abu and udaipur.

Hotels were given in the itinerary so we had checked those hotels and found good so lastly prepare to do advance booking to confirm our package.

I confirmed with mr. Sourodip roy, who was in touch with me for making advance, that i want the hotel mentioned by me.
He also confirmed and told that make payment, we will confirm.
But the day i made advance payment of rs.5000/-, at the evening i received a confirmation of another hotel, where the date too was mention wrong.

I spoke to him that i had not ask for the given hotel. He refused me saying that the hotel is has some issue and is not available.

Prior making advance payment, he did not tell anything.

When i told i am cancelling my booking as no more i can trust you, refund my money, he has stop talking to me.

They are fraud travels
