Ritual Holidays — Amount not refunded and gives all false commitment in India and at other countries service was not provided properly

In india they said we are provides you good service.at initial time they commit all services after taking money then the services and terms condition was different.intial time they said we provide you hotel as per your choice but after taking money they didn't give you as per your choice.
In Malaysia they give us some hotel and they said we provide you all pick up drop services but after doing payment. They give us no pickup drop service.when we talk about that they said madam your restaurant are very near to your hotel.When I went Malaysia there my restaurants are very much far from hotel.there I didn't use there meal vouchers and I talk to them on phone and said I am not using the meal vouchers.they said we will refund you the amount.when I come back to India they are giving only 50% amount of meal vouchers.when I am said OK refund 50% amount to my amount then no one gives me reply to my mail or my phone.from last 4months no one gives me any reply.and even they are not responding to my call also.
There head office in delhi but there also I am not getting any reply

You tell me what to do.give me proper solution.
