Ritual Holidays — false commitments

We were in malaysia from 7th to 13th last month. Land package provided by Mr sonjoy n Mr Sourav from Ritual holidays. I must say these people have no value for their words. We were given itenery last night prior to leaving India. We were not provided transfer to our dinner restaurant. We were not given one dinner coupon in kuala lumpur and break fast coupon in genting. We got to know this after reaching Malaysia. We contacted them many times but issue was not solved. Finally they committed of refund for the same. Since one month we are contacting the officials bt havent got any money back. These people are not worth their words. Never go for this company. I have the the recordings phone calls. The way they treat you once you are on tour.
