I would like to rate it as 0 star or even worst They are frauds We 6 members hv planned to go to dubai on 25th jan 2017 flight tickets were booked by you ... Later v spoke to you over call before paying the amount you told u ll give us a 3 star hotel.. The next day v paid d amount you say u already hv sent d mail and want 20k extra to proceed further Do u think v here r STUPIDS you should hv told this b4 taking our money in hand..u now give us a 2star hotel wit higher price.. U fraud company said u already mailed us.. GREAT ESCAPING... BUT i hv the voice recording of what i spoke to MR.ANSUAL... he told he ll gv us d 3 stat hotel Wit same price In this condition how can v proceed further wit u... Don't make us raise a consumer complaint against u.. B genuine to people... Else that FRAUD amount won't stay long wit u... Also consider goodwill of people Payment made Your SB A/c **********13419 is debited by Rs. 202014 on[protected] by RTGS.Benf:RITUAL HOLIDAYS PVT LTD UTR:UBINH[protected]. Give us back the amount of hotel U told u ll give us 27k as refund Do u want us to stay in platform for booking wit you..
