Ritual Holidays — poor condition of vehicle provided in the tour affecting our travel

The worst ever tour operating company i had ever seen in my life of 45 years. I used to tour every year with my family and relatives but never experienced such a worst service from any touring company. From the very first day they had started their misbehaviour. The driver was instructed in such a way that even he has not started moving the vehicle unless we paid the balance amount after our fist day tour we proceeded to mussoorie and reached in the evening at our hotel. Next day we started our tour but such a. Tour operator that in evry location they ignored a special place of attraction in the itenary. While negotiation i had informed some key places but they had ignored some places which i also overlooked the itenary and trusted on our conversations.in mussoorie trip after visiting mussoorie lake when we started suddenly the vehicle had a major breakdown and were unable to took our lunch and returned back to hotel via a local bus. Next day we travelled to haridwar. We couldn't complete our tour on that date and requested for laxman jhula visit to the tour co-ordinator for next day, after lot of requests he agreed to do so. Then next day we started our tour to agra after visiting laxman jhula. On our way suddenly on of the back tyre busted at around 1 45 pm near muzzaffarpur. After changing with the stepni we again started at around 2.25 pm and after taking our lunch again we started for agra. Suddenly at around 8.25 pm again another back tyre got busted and panic all around us as ut is a remote dark area and we along with two senior citizens and my 7 year old sona and six ladies all were stranded their for around almost 5 and half hour. And everytime i enquired from the transporter and tour co-ordinator mr. Naresh they misbehaved with us and lied everytime i called them to know what is the status of replacing the tyre. Even the police patrolling in yamuna express way got irritated and lastly called the owner of the tempo traveller. And we didn't even had water and any food till then and everyone o[censored]s got panicky about such a situation. I requested to the tour operator to arrange a transit vehicle from agra which will be easiest and shorter time taking matter but mr. Naresh just googled us saying that tyre carrying from delhi will took same time in comparison to alternate vehicle to be arranged from agra. My booking for agra hotel orchid is for 12th and 13th mar 19, but we reached agra hotel on 13th mar at 3.15 am after repairing of the tyre, but no compensation being made for loss of one day booking. And the bitter experience we had in our last day. As i had informed several times to mr naresh that we will come back to dekhi early morning and will stay for few hours in our relatives place and will catch our trading the evening they agree that time but suddenly after dropping ti our relatives place i received a call within a hour from the transportr owner that we have to immediately release the vehicle, i requested mr naresh about the incident and again he lied and started screaming. The tour company is just below par company and only interested in fooling their customers and grabbing money and no proper facilities are being provided. I have all the proofs of the incident. And request everyone not to opt this tour company for any tour otherwise will face this type of bitter experience as faced by myself today. They behave quite cordially while u start ur booking but in between the tour they show what they are capable of.in hindi their is a quotation delhi ka laddu jo ekbar khayega pastayega, it's appropriatephrase applicable for this company and its employees. I request everyone to go through this review amar plan before planning your with this company.
