Ritual Holidays — regarding sight seeing in goa

The ritual employees are all liars. They take advance full payment and do not provide facility as per deal or package. I booked a package for goa.in their package they did not mention about vehicle for sightseeing and when i ask verbally they told me u will be provided a private cab for sightseeing but reaching at goa they provide a sharing bus for sightseeing. And when i call them from goa they all said that our package for goa is based on sharing bus only.
So never ever book on ritual holidays. All liars in rituals
