Sub- Regarding of my refunding of my amount from your state
As my name is Chandra chud and from Karnataka State, Bangalore district as i am hereby requesting to spare some of your valuable time in which i am and my wife got cheated and ill treated badly in your state of with person in name, Priyanaka and Madan this two persons who works in travel office which is situated in 2172/5, 2nd Floor, Guru Arjun Nagar, Metro Pillar No. 226, Opposite to West Patel Nagar, New Delhi which i and my wife came to Delhi to go further to shimla and Manali to celebrate our 1st Year anniversary on 13 of November 2015 by contacting the priyanka and which she said that she will provide all the facilities from starting to ending for package and she also cheated us with taking the 15, 000/- Rupees and neglected us without providing any thing and which i have suffered a huge loss and also my hard earned money and when we went to Delhi carrying the luggage without breakfast and dinner till we bored the train on the same day with I and my wife a cried a lot when they didn't hospitalize us with proper care and they didn't even provide the lunch also when we asked them that we haven't had anything since morning and they said they will provide the lunch but they didn't do. We got married in November 2014 and we had planned to go to such a far place for anniversary enjoyment. So i and my wife faced lot of difficult from going from Bangalore to Delhi further to Manali and Shimla but unfortunately our dream didn't come true just that they said they will provide all the facilities. We both tried so much to get back our money but they didn't had curtsey or humanity that we travelled a lot from airport to new Delhi railway station and from new Delhi station to Connaught place and from Connaught place to Shadipuri metro station where that Ritual Holiday office is located in Shadipuri metro station that too we went with our luggage carrying all the way which they didn't even provide the cab also and after all this injustice my wife cried a lot where i got afraid and i took her and came back to our native Bangalore in train on the same day evening and we reached Bangalore. So i and my wife got injustice from them so i request the you sir to give justice to me from them where i and my wife suffered with great loss and also without lunch. And we both are from middle class family and our dream did not come true and i here by requesting you to take a severe action on them and close the company which they are running illegally so that no other people like us should not get cheated like us from them The Expenses are below mentioned i hope you sir that you will take this matter very seriously and punish the culprits and giving the justice and as well as insisting them the our amount from them.
