Rj Teleshopping — I request a refund

I am Karnan from Karur. 10th June 2015 one call came to my mobile no.[protected]. They told that calling from rj teleshopping, your are a winner of lucky draw and got Samsung Galaxy note3 mobile. We will send you the same by Postal within a week for that asked them to pay me Rs.2500/- as a tax. Today (19 June 2015) parcel came to my house and paid that rs2500. I opened parcel inside only some pooja things only got not a Samsung Galaxy Note3. Finally they cheated me. Please take right action on them. If possible try to get my amount back. Thanking you
