I would like to bring to everyone's notice on my recent experience with rkt travels.
We were charged 1500+ for two people for ac sleeper but much to the dismay the quality and maintenance of the bus was way beyond my darkest nightmare.
Patch work here and there, water leaks and water on the bed, air conditioning vents spoiled and duct taped and not to mention the freaking bed bugs on the bus.
Why would anyone pay such huge amount if they need to travel in filth, rkt has charged in comparison with well maintained multi axle buses which are running all over the country.
This concern is in regards to my recent travel on 20th night (Bus number: 1208). Bus from bangalore to salem.
I need this addressed as customer pay for the comfort but not just to fill these petty bus owner's pot bellies.
