Ro Care India — Pathetic customer service after AMC | |||||
Hello, I did an AMC with you on 02.03.2021 and as per your supervisor (Mobile no[protected]Yuvraj) who has visited at my place updated that he has changed all the parts apart from one valve which was related with auto cut and his commitment was to install the same by very next day which is 03.03.2021 and I have paid him 6500.00. Unfortunately, from 03.03.2021 no one visited my place and I was not able to connect the service person also over phone as he always disconnects my call. Anyhow after continuously follow up to your customer care at least for four to five times, another service person visited my place on 23.03.2021 and told that carbon inline, float valve and FR-450 changed by him self, surprisingly the earlier person who has visited on 02.03.2021 also informed me that he has changed carbon inline and FR-450. Now post today’s checking and parts changed TDS of water increased to 300+ and water not coming to RO also. Again I have called your customer care, one of the senior manager Ms. Anita[protected] and called multiple times to the person (Sandeep Thakur[protected] visited today. As per Ms. Anita she can not do any thing today and Sandeep not received any call And waiting for a permanent solution Please think what a worst category service you are providing to your customer post AMC Was this information helpful? | |||||
