Rocket Commerce — Silicone lids

I placed an order for their silicone lids on 5/12/20 - the amount of $11.97 +$5.99 (S&h) was deducted immediately from my account; and then accidently placed the same order again on 5/17/20 - same amounts deducted again.
I have not received a confirmation, email, phone call, fb message of nothing.

On my statement the following shows:

I would like a full refund of $35.92!! Please advise what else do i have to do to get my refund.

I see on their fb page lots of complaints about not receiving products ordered — guessing they are a scam that can't be stopped!! Please help stop them from advertising in the united states.
