I am lodging this complaint regarding my Temperature reformer. We bought it from Rockwell Technologies (Corporate Office Address: Rockwell Industries Limited, 6-3-883/2/A, 3rd Floor, Tejaswi Plaza, Above Tanishq Showroom, Panjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, Pin code: 500082). Place of supply as per the bill Sambhal to Bijnor.
Buying date is: 23/03/2019.
As per the branding and Advertisement IT has 5 years of warranty.
I lodged a complaint with Rockwell (Complaint Number: 98506) for Cooling related issue.
I got call from their Lucknow area Head (Ph: [protected])
I requested them to align best technician as problem occurred earlier also and hampered our small business also, I requested to not send technician form the nearby substation ie. Najibabad (Distributor/ Tech Name: Avnish Sareen Ph: [protected])
But They aligned the same technician who was not able to fix the issue and was not even able to diagnose it properly. Over this their main focus is on getting the visiting the Charges and taking Irrelevant fee even without diagnosing the issue properly first.
I rejected to take the same technician reason being past bed experience and also very rude and unprofessional behavior of the Technician named AVNISH (He even called: No one will come to fix your issue, mai bta rha hu Koi nahi aayega theek krne -- Like a THREAT).
He also told me that our product is expired. It has buying date of 2018 .
But we have Bill of 23/03/2019.
So, he also misinformed and tried to manipulate for personal benefit possibly.
I tried calling the same Lucknow head of the company, but they were not able to provide me the resolution.
As a consumer I need fixture of the issue ASAP and that too not from a Clever and Manipulating technician. (As my earlier request also not taken into consideration)
Pls try resolving the issue ASAP we are loosing our business/Livelihood.
I also request you to take strict action for misinforming the consumer under suitable sections of Consumer Protection Act .
