[Resolved]  Rohit Enterprises — Cheating and fraud

Dear Sir,
Please be informed the following incident which has happened with us.
My Name is Manjunath ([protected]) and my wife’S name is lakshmi ([protected]) . There was an advertising in the name of Rohit Enterprises (Contact Nos. [protected] / [protected]) published on 29th July at 10:20 am in Television channel - C- Bangalore, which has given the content as contest and stated whoever wins will get Tata Indigo Car. My wife has answered the contest and after two days we get a call that we have won the car and need to obtain the car or cash by remitting Rs.15, 000/- as Government Taxes. Hence accordingly we have remitted the amount in the State Bank of India, Kolhapur, Sirigaon Branch, Branch Code - 07958, MIDC. And after that Mr. Hamid ([protected]) of Rohit Enterprises had called us and told that they would require an additional amount of Rs.25000/- to be creditted to their account since my account is not active. Hence we told him that we can pay only after he remits the cash promised to our account only. He then insisted us to pay atleast Rs.15, 000/-. We repeatedly told him it is not possible for us to pay you can pay back our money back if nothing is happening. He told that money cannot be returned since it has gone under office expenses cost.
Hence we request you to take action against the culprit, so that other peoples are saved. The Culpit address is as below:- Mr. Hamid, Plot No-69, Neha Complex, Lakshminagar, Phase 2, New Delhi -96.
