[Resolved]  Romba Gifts — WORST service + cheating

I ordered a few gift items for my sister on rakhi. The day before they called my sister directly (who is supposed to receive the gift pack) and asked if they can replace the ferrero rocher chocolates with some nestle (something which my sis can't recognize). Next day they what they actually delivered was some chocolates worth less than 1/3rd of original price. How could they not have stock of ferrero rocher. They could have bought it from any super market in Kolkatta. My order also included a set of 6 inflated balloons. What actually got delivered was a balloon packet. What was anyone supposed to do with it. For this they charged me 150 rupees extra, which would be worth about 20 rupees. Simply put this would be my worst online experience till date.
